WHAT PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED?

     The fact purchasing your internet material does not in any way use the warranty whenever you need it. All material sold of the Sea has a minimum warranty period of two years as the European system of September 11, 2003.
       To qualify for this warranty in case of failures or breakdowns, it is imperative that you keep your bill purchase.
     When the product is under warranty and failed because of a defect in its construction, do not worry, we assume the return postage of the defective product.
     If the failure is due to misuse, freight roundtrip have to assume them, despite being within the warranty period.

PAYMENT IN SPAIN

When you place your order in Spain you can choose between the following forms of payment:

  • Bank transfer: it is a transfer from your bank to ours or income in the offices of our bank in our favor.
    You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email.
    Transfers take 2 to 3 business days to become effective. As the amount is confirmed, we send. Sending proof of payment by mail the shipping process accelerates.

  • Charge on Delivery: this payment method is only valid in Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Not valid for shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla or orders which by their nature require a special carrier.
    Remember that transportation agencies apply a rate of 2% of the bill (with a minimum of 2 €).
    This rate is NO shipping or is included in our invoices; are expenses incurred by the election against reimbursement as payment (as the commission it charges the bank to make a transfer).
